Note: Sampling rate: minimum 1 sample per 50 m³ (or part) per grade per pour per IS 456 Cl 15.2; each sample = 3 cubes. Group-of-4 verdict per Table 11 (Cl 16.1): mean ≥ fck + 0.825σ (or fck + 3) AND no individual < fck − 3. A failed group routes to Cl 16.4 (investigate) and Cl 17.4 (core test) — never quiet deletion.
