Responsibilities
  • Concrete testing and routine quality control on client sites
  • Assist with mix-design optimisation and trial batches
  • Site quality audits and inspections across PAN-India projects
  • Prepare technical reports and lab records
  • Process control documentation and follow-up audits

Requirements
  • Integrity, ethics, and sincerity — emphasised as the most important trait.
  • BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering (or final year).
  • Eager to learn and grow; comfortable with field and lab work.
  • Interest in construction quality and concrete.
  • Good written and spoken communication.
  • Willingness to travel for site work.
