Exact clauses and methods are checked against controlled standards for the confirmed scope. A video can explain quantities and sequence; standing in the kitchen lets you feel the dough consistency and notice the hot pan. Online and on-site modes provide different evidence for the same learning objective — that's why blended delivery works.
3. Learning outcomes and sample structure
Outcomes describe decisions participants should be able to explain or perform after the programme. They are adjusted to role, duration and whether workplace assessment is included.

- Select and observe relevant fresh and hardened tests without treating one number as proof of every property.

A five-day format can use Day 1 for performance requirements and concrete fundamentals; Day 2 for constituent materials and durability; Day 3 for mix logic, trials and production; Day 4 for sampling, fresh tests, specimens and result interpretation; and Day 5 for transport, placement, curing, troubleshooting and an action plan. Shorter programmes prioritise agreed gaps; longer ones can add calculations, demonstrations, assignments and workplace review. What happens if…
The group includes fresh graduates and experienced plant managers?
A single pace may underserve both groups. The needs review may recommend a common foundation session followed by role-based examples, separate breakouts or an advanced module. The final arrangement depends on group size, duration and outcomes.
An on-site demonstration cannot proceed because equipment, access or safety controls are unavailable?
The trainer should not improvise an unsafe or non-compliant demonstration. The activity can be replaced by a documented case, visual walkthrough or later supervised session, with the change and any effect on outcomes recorded.
